This page explains how Nakhthu Enterprise handles information when you use the Nakhthu Enterprise mobile application (the “App”), and the terms that apply to your use of the App.
Privacy Policy
Who we are. The App is provided by Nakhthu Enterprise. Our business contact details are listed at the end of this page.
The App lets you know letest prises of interior releted product's information, offers, announcements, and business contact information. The App uses a guest profile. It does not currently require a customer email address, password, or customer login account.
Information we collect
Information you choose to provide
- Guest profile name: the name you enter during setup. You may leave it blank. It is stored on your device and sent to our backend to label your guest profile.
- Feedback: a star rating and/or written feedback note that you choose to submit. The App permits limited feedback submissions per guest profile.
- Optional feedback contact details: if you submit a written note, you may also provide a contact name and phone number or email address so we can respond. Do not include sensitive information in a feedback note.
- Your choices: selections about diagnostics and notifications, and the notification permission status reported by your device.
Information generated when you use the App
- A randomly generated installation identifier and a guest-session token used to associate requests with your guest profile and protect the service.
- Device and app details such as platform, operating-system version, device model, app version, language or locale, time zone, and screen dimensions.
- Your IP address when your device connects to our backend. The backend may keep recent IP addresses associated with a guest profile for security and abuse prevention.
- If diagnostics are enabled: app session start/end and duration, page names, product and category views, notification views, API request names, response times and status codes, and technical error details such as error codes, redacted messages, and diagnostic stack information.
- If you enable push notifications: a Firebase Cloud Messaging device token, device platform, notification delivery information, and notification-open events.
The App also stores some settings and guest information locally, and may cache public catalogue content and notification-view state so the App can work more smoothly.
How we use information
We use the information described above to operate the App and guest profile; show catalogue content and announcements; receive and respond to feedback; deliver notifications you enable; diagnose errors and improve reliability when diagnostics are enabled; protect the service from abuse; and carry out retention and deletion requests.
We do not use App diagnostics to create advertising profiles or target advertisements.
Diagnostics and notification choices
Diagnostics and notifications are separate choices. You can turn diagnostics off in the App profile. You can withdraw notification permission through your device settings. Disabling either choice may limit the related feature.
The onboarding screen currently shows both choices enabled by default; you can switch either one off before continuing. The operating system may separately ask for notification permission. When diagnostics are disabled, the App is designed to stop recording and uploading optional activity and diagnostic events and to disable Firebase Analytics collection. Basic information needed to operate or secure the service, such as an installation identifier, device/app details sent during guest registration, and IP address received with a network request, may still be processed. Notification processing is controlled separately.
Retention and deletion
- Activity and diagnostics: the current backend is set on default retention with limited days. An administrator can change the configured period from 1 to 365 days; security-related activity may have its own configured retention period.
- Inactive guest profiles: guest profiles and linked backend records are eligible for automatic cleanup after 30 days without App activity.
- Logout or deletion request: choosing “Log out” or “Delete your data” in the App clears the local guest session and asks the backend to schedule the guest profile and associated backend records for deletion 30 days later. A daily cleanup process removes records whose scheduled date has arrived; removal may happen shortly after that date.
- Feedback: feedback associated with the guest profile is included in its scheduled deletion.
- Push tokens: logout removes the registered push token from our backend. The App also attempts to remove the token from the device.
If you cannot use the App’s profile controls, contact us using the details below. As the App uses guest profiles instead of customer passwords, we may ask for reasonable information to identify the profile before handling a request.
Request deletion outside the App: email nakhthuenterprise9725@gmail.com with the subject “App data deletion request” and enough non-sensitive information to help us identify your guest profile. Do not email passwords, session tokens, or payment details. We will use the information you provide to locate and process the request.
Your requests and choices
You can turn diagnostics off in the App, disable notifications through your device settings, and request deletion using “Delete your data” or “Log out” in the App profile. You may also contact us with questions, correction requests, or privacy concerns. Some basic technical information may still be processed as needed to operate and secure the App.
